In this video Dr Greg Martin explains how to interpret and epidemic curve for point source outbreaks, common source outbreaks and propagated outbreaks. Epidemiologists and public health professionals use epi-curves (or epidemic / epidemiological) curves to better understand infectious disease outbreaks.
